Operation and Maintenance Manual
It is normally the responsibility of the contractor to provide the works operation and maintenance manuals (Mechanical & Electrical) together with training for the purchaser's personnel, prior to taking possession of any newly installed plant.
Many companies do not have these in-house facilities, HSEC can provide the following services:
- Drafting of O&M Manuals in Electronic (hyperlinked) and/or hardcopy (paper) formats depending on requirements
- Co-ordination of Sub-Contractor/Supplier Information
- Collation of Certificates and Drawings
- Preparation of manuals to meet the requirements of British Standards and Water Companies' Specifications
- Liaison with suppliers of software, for electronic manuals, and managing documentation development process
- Design of Electronic O&M Manual homepage/website layout
- Production of Electronic O&M and hyperlinked cross reference and search system linking all assets and processes
